My father and uncle made the prosecutors of this county look like hero’s and my dad spent the next three decades of his life periodically being threatened by Robert Zarinskys attorney or someone hired to sit outside our home, my dad would wave and tell them to keep it moving.
My father was Darren low of Atlantic Highlands, NJ who had nerve and empathy and intuition and that’s why so many families were able to have closure because they dug up their remains in that mental cases mothers yard.
Zarinsky was also known as a cop killer, he was also found guilty of the cops he murdered many years before my dad and uncle chased down his car.
Ironically, this county is trying to incriminate me and put me away to protect a former drug dealer and his wife from receiving the punishment they deserve for evading taxes. We all have to pay bills and taxes that’s life you people have all strategically for 5 years worked together to delay due process in family court criminal court and you awarded my ex a A FRO against me so he can change his name and my sons without having to put it in the newspaper.
But they donate to all the causes attached to the Monmouth county bar association, I wish I could but my pension was drained and they have stolen over 300,000 from me, so your welcome for the donation to your bar association. “The rising stars of lo Murray, please that’s not being an attorney that’s being a seat filler, Mr. Eneko I did not authorize you to make a trust and a will on my behalf. It wouldn’t have held up though, none of this will hold up.
Wait until Monmouth County Superior Court receives a sealed case involving me in 2016 testifying to the photo I took on the Williamsburg bridge in NY on the day of the Chelsea bombings, there was a failed attempt to bomb the Williamsburg bridge, a bomb that didn’t go off when someone put a duffel bag down and counted down from ten. I stood up, took a picture of him and no when the bomb didn’t go off, I still went to the police. That bomb was meant to go off on the Williamsburg bridge that day, it didn’t. He would have made another attempt and succeeded because I was the only one without even being aware of the Chelsea bombing, I knew in my heart I had to stand up, take the picture and I “Saw something & I said something.” So that individual was identified because i mentioned gf was in purple scrubs and in NY long term psychiatric patients are in purple scrubs and doctors wear blue. Until I was falsely arrested June 3, 2025 and then on June 4th I was charged with “neglect and abuse of a non caregiver.” & My ex and his gf sent me the cdc record on June 5th 2025 and I was never investigated for that charge, I was never provided an affidavit. That’s the exact charge I would need to have been charged with so I’d lose my career in healthcare (I did) and I’d lose the ability to maintain to be the payee on my son with autisms SSDI account.
Which we lost.
I’m so glad the police and the state have such concern for endangering children & neglect and abuse, when the entire purpose of having me falsely arrested for a charge that alludes to the fact that I am not a parent but rather a stranger that is considered sexually dangerous to minors, all the statues relate to being sexually inappropriate regarding a minor whether it be circumstantially or in sell i g or having child pornography or distribution of it.
My Charges say “Endangering of a Child & Neglect & Abuse -“ If you look up my charges in the municipal court of Monmouth County you can see I was charged with two things, and you can see my second charge is not just “neglect -“ it’s “Neglect and Abuse of a Non Caregiver.” That’s another strange “clerical error?”
In honor of my father, I followed my instincts and I sent out that leaked Monmouth County NJ Superior Court Appellate Court PDF Sept 2025- April 2026. Because, I find it completely unethical and disturbing that not only does Lo Murray Lawfirm & Mr. Eneko feel so confident in their ability to control the narrative of Justice that they give out these pdf’s to their criminal clients to show them proof they got the job done?
I hope that document brings other innocent people some insight into what was done to them and it can’t be used to provide them the same comfort it provided my wealthy ex’s family, hopefully many lawsuits headed this courts way.
Especially to the family court civil division, it’s no one’s fault but your own that you went to law school and you couldn’t make enough money as an attorney, so now in your 60’s you have to take the lowest paying position as a judge in The Monmouth County Superior Court. Again, another way Monmouth County shows how much they care when it comes to protecting the future of Monmouth County, by assigning old, tired bitter judges that abuse their position and accept cash bribes to interfere with the safety and security of a child’s future.
No more. Be better attorneys, be better cops, be better judge or don’t be at all. Don’t work for DCPP if you wish to earn more money, don’t stay in a position in which you can make or break someone’s life and chose to destroy a family for extra money. Then you should have worked harder to be better.

Your all absolutely disgusting, I can’t get any sleep at night because my son every night asks when he can get his own room and the sad part is he couldn’t have had his own room, private school, my son Philip who I now have no access to his new social security # or birthday he could have been in ABA school in NYC.
But Judge Higgins suppressed a Court ordered CNA that was meant to determine custody in may of 2023, the CNA reflected badly on my ex and his family and it was so spot on, that had it been read this wouldn’t be an email im sending.
I am done and I am refusing to be held prisoner in this corrupt county, I ran as fast as I could from this place and I worked my ass off in college and in my career, my children deserve to benefit off of that.

I am terrified for my life, I refuse to be silenced and ignored and prosecuted and have my name dragged through dirt because my exs family needs to protect themselves from going to prison for tax evasion. So they needed me to be arrested to get my fingerprints to sign documents to get my autistic son legally adopted without my consent. They needed the prosecutions help to delay my hearings so that they could have me arrested two more times without just cause, to create a narrative to cash in on a 2024 filed tax inheritance claim for adopting a disabled grandchild.
They would not have been able to do it without all of you.
This is a gross injustice, I feel for all the other innocent people on this pdf and I think you are all in serious need of help and should not be in the position to call the shots over protecting anyone. I need clarification as to why my criminal court hearing was being recorded on my screen via third party device and encrypted, this is a data breach of confidential court proceedings and I have also intercepted a giant pdf file of The Monmouth County Appellate Court circuit 4 explanation of sealed document, supressed indictments and “lost” for 6 months and now found pending indictments.
I find all of this incredibly disturbing, because my criminal fingerprint was accessed and used to sign documents allowing for the gender change of my son and adoption of my son.
I read through this entire pdf and I believe I cried for the 2nd time in the last 5 years of orchestrated abuse, by local law enforcement, attorneys, judges, DCPP workers, now apparently two organizations backed by the Monmouth County Bar Association that both my family court judge is a part of and my The presiding judge over my many felony offenses where there has been no discovery provided at all my the state, just a bunch of blotched police reports. No body cam, nothing. I was arrested in June 2025 for two things I did not do, I have lost everything my left ear, my hearing. My son was illegally adopted and his gender, birthday and social security number was changed as well as my ex’s because he was granted a FRO and there was no predominant evidence at all. Yet I had so much evidence it was overwhelming. Judge Arnette was originally supposed to move on to another vicinage Feb 2 2026, it’s unclear to me why the court would allow him to hear a FRO hearing on February 19, 2026 I have taken note and have screen shots that provide the dates of his original reassignment and now it has been changed.
I think my last criminal hearing, where the prosecutors needed MORE time, another month of time to review 3 page documents that they have had on the possession since June is insane but, I know that it was another delay tactic.
Moball the sealing of indictments or the suppression of pending felony charges that were “lost” for several months and sealed (the court did not have a reason why this individuals pending charges were sealed for 6 months but that they were unsealed and reassigned a new indictment # December 3, 2025.

I am going to send the prosecutors office and every news outlet possible, I need action taken. I cannot reach out to local law enforcement they ignore me, they have kept a laptop I provided them in September of 2025 for them to give to the cyber crimes unit at the prosecutors office because I filed a TRO, in which I had a witnesss Judge Arnette disrupted me from questioning.
I provided organized detailed evidence, prepared my a well qualified forensic cybercrime expert and he refused to look at any of the 150+ evidence documented.
He allowed Mr. Eneko to show up late to our FRO hearing 6 times, in which he claimed he had to reschedule due to a matter regarding sentencing of an individual that he was representing all of a sudden being arraigned on that particular afternoon.
He didn’t have to provide the court with reference to support his reason to delay a hearing and he was then given preferential treatment when rescheduling a matter that his client was a defendant in. A TRO shouldn’t take 177 for a FRO hearing. I don’t believe the judge that granted me an immediate TRO based on evidence I did show, actually my original TRO reflects that i was granted a TRO and FRO and relief and our family court FD docket was listed. Because my ex has a history of domestic violence and he violated the terms of his release from jail in July of 2024 for aggravated assault with the intent to cause harm and domestic violence strangulation. Mr. Eneko and Lo Murray law firm advertise that their special relationship and former connections to the Monmouth County Superior Court gives them a special advantage over other law firms.
I never hired Mr. Eneko or any associate from any Lo Murray Law firm to handle the dismissal of a December 9th 2025 arrest in which I met with Mr. Cherry who invited me over his apartment while our sons were at his home, I never get to communicate with Mr. Cherry directly, his mother and girlfriend who has committed every crime accept murder. He told me that he had broken up with her and that he was never going to be involved with her again and he agreed to testify on my behalf that my string of arrests were called in by Ms. Burke.
When we communicated to his council Mr. Eneko that we were going to drop our cross TRO applications he advised us he would inform Judge Arnette of our decision and we didn’t have to attend court that day, upon hearing about us trying to resolve the matter. Mr Eneko reached out to Mr. Cherrys mother who was on speaker phone while I was still at Mr Cherrys home and she became infuriated at her son for wanting to resolve these unfair court proceedings and the illegal arrests and ongoing abuse that Ms. Burke his on and off again girlfriend was causing, Ms. Burke calls DCPP on me when I have my children past midnight hours claiming I’m out at bars drinking with my sons and that I give them Xanax.
Then my entire household is woken up and DCPP clearly sees that everyone is in their pajamas, I have not been out and that if that were something I was actually doing, then she must be stalking me or having me followed.
She has called the suicide prevention hotline on me twice and claimed I was texting her I was going to kill myself infront of my kids and then when she was asked to come up with these texts she couldn’t.
I can never have a smart phone or email it gets hacked right away, my car was completely compromised from a malware attack in which my car was being remotely accessed and this individual was able to lock my brakes and steering wheel and make my car involuntarily accelerate to 90 miles an hour and I crashed into a divider on hwy 35.
This has all been recorded by emergency dispatch to on star, diagnostics were ran on my car at Acura, my car is undriveable and under warranty my leasing bank could no longer accommodate my lease because a third party added software that was not approved by American Honda or Acura.
I had three attacks like these, all reported to on star.
On October 22, 2025 on star made a call to local law enforcement in highlands NJ to report that my car had been broken into and that I was not responding to their calls or text messages, so they feared I was in danger. The highlands police never dispatched or followed up with onstar.
I have tried for a year and a half to make identity theft reports because I found out after recieving confirmed letters from the IRS and social security that my social security number was being accessed online via ID me from an undetected device, I received many of these letters and provided them all to the highlands police.
I must have made 50+ reports since 2022 regarding threatening emails from his first attorney that he was going to bury me alive and I had no idea what I was in for. I received threats on my life every night until I broke down filed for a change in parenting time and said that Mr. Cherry could have unsupervised visits.
I was followed and watched to the point my employer at the restaurant I was working at in 2022 had to ask this person in a 2010 Toyota Highlander to get out of his establishment parking lot.
My first attorney Jenn presti of wilenz law firm in Woodbridge upon our first hearing April 22 2022 filed an emergent application after Mr. Cherry told me via text he had logged me out of my own iCloud account and logged me into his and I asked many times if he would please un lock my phone as, it was not under his name he did not pay the bill it was my own phone and account. It was accessed and locked in his iCloud account after I left the shared residence, I spent 2,500 dollars on a forensic IT cybercrime professional who was able to provide a valid, accredited testimony and report (that could be read by all parties universally). He provided a key for unfamiliar words, he made a legal certification to
Back up his findings. Judge Cagan said this was not an emergent order for the current hearing and he would relist it in a day for a TRO hearing and he never did and I filed motion after motion.
No one cared.
I have never once been granted reasonable relief for reasonable relief requested.
All my friends, family and employers have been suponead which is illegal in an FD docket to engage in any pre- trial discovery requests without obtaining permission of the judge, because every FD hearing is considered a summary hearing unless otherwise specified by the preceding judge.
I lived through 5 years of abuse and never let it affect my judgement, my parenting or my perseverance in getting away from my ex’s mother and her ability to look me up and destroy every job opportunity for me any apartment I apply for. She’s a real estate agent. She can and has found out everything about me and sabotaged any chances I had to give our children a life.
