Duncansville ticket hits $1.24M Cash 5 jackpot

A Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a ticket worth more than $1.24M after matching all five numbers in Tuesday night’s drawing

DUNCANSVILLE, Pa. — A Blair County lottery player is sitting on a $1.24M jackpot after a winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket was sold at a Duncansville retailer.

The Pennsylvania Lottery announced that a jackpot-winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket matched all five numbers drawn on Tuesday night to win $1,241,034 before applicable withholdings.

The winning numbers were 5, 8, 32, 33 and 41.

The ticket was sold at Unique Smokes, located at 506 3rd Avenue in Duncansville Borough.

The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

Lottery officials said winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated.

A Cash 5 jackpot prize must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.

More than 24,700 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets also won prizes in the June 9 drawing.

The Pennsylvania Lottery encourages players to check every ticket.
