Crime Spree Ends in Guilty Pleas for Toms River Woman

Olivia Paige, 35, of Toms River, entered guilty pleas for Robbery, Possession of Cocaine, and Aggravated Assault, tied to distinct incidents in Lakewood Township and Brick Township. The pledging of guilt, officially presented before the Honorable Guy P. Ryan, P.J.Cr.P. on the 22nd of April, 2024, concluded a legal process initiated by felonies dating to August 29th, 2023, among other instances in 2023. Upon sentencing set for June 28, 2024, Paige faces combined terms – eight years for Robbery,

three years for the narcotics offense, and 18 months for Aggravated Assault, all within the confines of the New Jersey State Prison system.

Noteworthy among the incidents leading to Paige’s guilty verdicts was the August 29th, 2023 robbery. Reports narrated a victim in her vehicle, robbed at knifepoint on Clifton Avenue. The ensuing swift police response led to Paige’s arrest at a nearby establishment, yielding a five-inch utility knife during search post-arrest. Similar to these events were those uncovered on January 11, 2023, in Brick Township, and April 14, 2023, in Lakewood Township.

The former dealt with shoplifting culminating in her possession of cocaine, while the latter featured an aggravated assault where Paige’s erratic behavior included spitting at law enforcement officers during an arrest.
