New Jersey GOP Hosts Diverse Leadership Summit to Expand Outreach

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – The New Jersey Republican Party is set to host a landmark event aimed at fostering inclusivity and broadening its support base among diverse communities at Harrah’s in Atlantic City.

The Statewide Leadership Summit, featuring the “Growing the Big Tent” panel, is scheduled to take place on Friday from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm. It will feature discussions by influential figures from the African American, Hispanic, South Asian, Jewish, and other communities on how GOP candidates can enhance their outreach efforts.

Panelists include a lineup of notable personalities such as Jeff Booker, a veteran of New Jersey Republican politics, and Marcela Crossman, a businesswoman and immigrant who actively participates in state and local politics. They are joined by Jose Arango, a prominent figure with over four decades in New Jersey politics, and Dr. Priti Pandya-Patel, leader of the NJGOP’s South Asian Coalition. Don Guardian, who recently commenced his second term as a New Jersey assemblyman, and Mordy Burnstein, the first Councilman of Orthodox Jewish faith in Jackson Township and a key figure in Ocean County Republican politics, will also share their insights.

Each panelist brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the table, aiming to strengthen the party’s connections with diverse constituencies across New Jersey. Their collective expertise and backgrounds highlight the GOP’s commitment to inclusivity and engaging with a wide range of voters on issues of broad agreement.
