Cumberland, MD – Richard Leo Lambert Sr., a 73-year-old resident of Cumberland, was served a criminal summons by the Cumberland City Police on Friday for incidents reported to have occurred at an apartment building located in the 200 block of Baltimore Ave.
The summons details multiple occurrences between January 15 and February 5, 2024, where Lambert allegedly engaged in indecent exposure within the public areas of the building. These actions led to charges against Lambert, including four counts of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Following the service of the summons, Lambert was released.
