MAGNOLIA, DE – On Friday morning, Delaware State Police were called to Bayhealth Hospital Kent Campus following a shooting incident in Magnolia.
At around 3:27 a.m., on Friday, a woman reported that her car was shot at while she was sleeping inside it on the 100 block of Terry Drive.
She recounted that two masked black males approached her vehicle. When one suspect attempted to open the car door, she drove away, at which point the suspects fired multiple shots at her car.
The woman was unharmed. The motive behind the shooting is currently unknown. The Delaware State Police Troop 3 Criminal Investigations Unit is actively investigating.
