BRONX, NY – The New York City Police Department requests public assistance in locating a suspect in a robbery within the 44th Precinct.
The incident occurred on Friday night at around 11:40 p.m. An unidentified assailant chased a 21-year-old male into a store at 17 East 167 Street. Inside the store, the attacker physically assaulted the victim, striking him multiple times, and then forcefully took his cell phone. The suspect then fled the scene, heading south on River Avenue in a white sedan. The victim declined any medical treatment following the incident.
