WASHINGTON, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Ziya Jennings, who was last seen in the 3000 block of Rodman Street in Northwest, D.C., at approximately 11:00 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.

Ziya Jennings is described as a black female, approximately 5’3” tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with distinctive red braided hair and brown eyes. Her last known outfit included a black puffy coat, blue jeans, and blue Jordan shoes.
