WHIPPANY, NJ – Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Hanover Township Police Chief Michael Loock have announced a first-degree Strict Liability for Drug-Induced Death charge against Anthony Q. Dello-Russo, 26, of Cedar Knolls, Hanover, New Jersey. This charge is linked to a fatal drug overdose in Whippany, Hanover, in February 2023.

On February 16, 2023, authorities responded to a residence in Whippany following reports of an unconscious male. The victim, identified as T.H., 28, was pronounced dead at the scene.
