NEW YORK CITY, NY – A dispute in a Brooklyn grocery store escalated into a shooting on Tuesday, December 14, leaving a 29-year-old man critically injured. The incident occurred around 9:35 PM at a store located at 307 Reid Avenue.
The victim was involved in an altercation with two unidentified men who entered the store. During the dispute, one of the men displayed a firearm and shot the victim multiple times in the arm, chest, and face. The assailants then fled the scene in an unknown direction.


Emergency Medical Services responded and transported the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County. He is reported to be in critical but stable condition.
Descriptions of the two suspects have been provided. The first is a male with a dark complexion, about 6’4″ tall, wearing a light-colored jacket, light-colored hooded sweatshirt, and a black baseball cap. The second is also a male with a dark complexion, wearing a yellow coat with a fur hood.
