NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying two individuals involved in a series of robberies.
The first incident occurred on Friday, December 1, around 1:10 pm near 138th Street and Amsterdam Avenue. A 15-year-old male victim reported being approached by two male individuals, one of whom brandished a knife and forcibly took his belongings. They then fled the scene.
In a second incident on Saturday, at approximately 6:30 pm, another 15-year-old male was attacked in front of 3505 Broadway. The assailants attempted to steal his jacket, and during the confrontation, the victim was punched and kicked, resulting in head and arm injuries. Officers present near the location apprehended one of the suspects, a 15-year-old male. The other suspect, who was armed with a knife, escaped.
The New York City Police Department has released media depicting the individual still at large.
