LANDOVER, MD – The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is currently investigating a fatal collision that took place in the early hours of Friday morning in Landover. The collision resulted in the death of 27-year-old Andrevene Bryan from Laurel.
The incident happened at around 1:10 a.m. at the intersection of Landover Road and Kent Town Place. According to the preliminary investigation, the collision involved a car and an SUV driven by Bryan. Bryan was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the car sustained serious injuries and was subsequently transported to a hospital for treatment.
Investigators have determined that the car was traveling southbound on Landover Road when it collided with Bryan’s SUV at the intersection. The specific circumstances leading up to the collision are still under investigation.
