Teen Shot In The Back In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A teenager was injured early this morning in a Western Baltimore shooting.

A Shot Spotter alert led Western District patrol officers to the scene of a shooting in the 2600 block of West Mosher Street early Monday morning, where they found an 18-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the back.

The incident, reported at approximately 3:17 a.m., saw the officers administering immediate first aid to the victim by applying a seal to his wound. He was then rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

Western District Shooting detectives have taken charge of the investigation, seeking any information that could lead to an understanding of the events that transpired.
