BUFFALO, NY – Erie County Court witnessed the guilty plea of 36-year-old Justin Barker from Kenmore.
Barker, accused of engaging in unlawful sexual conduct, pleaded guilty to two counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the Second Degree before Judge Sheila A. DiTullio.
The charges stem from incidents occurring between March 2018 and October 2019. Barker, then over 18, was involved in sexual activities with a person under the age of 15.
These acts took place in various locations across the Town of Amherst and City of Buffalo.
Barker’s sentencing is scheduled for February 21, 2024. He faces a potential seven-year prison term. Currently, Barker is released on a $75,000 bail, which can be paid in cash, bond, or property.
