CONEWAGO TOWNSHIP, PA – The Northern York County Regional Police Department is currently investigating a reported sexual assault that took place on November 3, 2023, at the Dollar General Store located at 3457 Bull Rd. in Conewago Township.
According to the police report, a female victim was at the checkout counter when she was approached from behind by an unidentified male suspect. The suspect allegedly reached around her and committed an act of sexual assault by grabbing her breast. The victim described the experience as disturbing and offensive.
Authorities have released a surveillance image from the store, showing two individuals. The suspect in question is described as the individual wearing a ball cap and having a cigarette in his mouth. The second individual, who was seen shopping with the suspect but is not involved in the crime, is also pictured without a ball cap. The police believe this individual may have information critical to identifying the suspect.
