Warrant Sweep Brings In Four in Allegany County

CUMBERLAND, MD – The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with Maryland State Police – Barrack C, has targeted open and active warrants, leading to the apprehension of several individuals.

On Monday, Jordon Marshall Shook, 37, from Cumberland, was taken into custody on five warrants. These were related to charges such as Robbery, Dangerous Weapon-Intent to Injure, and more. He is held on bond for the District Court case and without bond for other Circuit Court matters awaiting bail review.

Gerald Jermain Boyd, 27, also from Cumberland, faced a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. The violation stems from his original conviction of CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics.

Zachary Ryan Haer, 27, of Grantsville, was also served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His initial conviction was for Conspiracy for CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics. Haer was released on an unsecured bond.

Lastly, Karen Lynn Warner, 58, from Johnstown, was issued a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear, with her original charge being CDS: Possession – Not Marijuana. Warner was subsequently released on her own recognizance.
