NEW YORK, NY – A 12-year-old boy was gagged and robbed at gunpoint in September and police have released new photos of the alleged suspect.
The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery. According to an official press release, the incident took place on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m. within the area of 507 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Police report that a 12-year-old male victim was approached by an unknown male who put his arm around the youth. The suspect then revealed the handle of a firearm and forcibly took the young victim’s cellphone. The unidentified individual was last seen fleeing southbound on New Jersey Avenue on foot. Thankfully, there were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
