Man Found Fatally Stabbed in Bronx Early Tuesday Morning

NEW YORK CITY – On Tuesday morning, authorities received a 911 call that led them to East 170 Street and Morris Avenue in the Bronx, within the jurisdiction of the 44th Precinct. Upon arrival at approximately 6:58 a.m., police discovered a 30-year-old male who was unconscious and unresponsive due to a stab wound to the groin.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived at the scene and transported the man to Bronx Care Health System. Despite immediate medical attention, the individual was pronounced deceased shortly after arrival at the hospital. “EMS responded and transported the aided male to Bronx Care Health System where he was later pronounced deceased,” confirmed a police statement.

The identity of the deceased has not been released, pending notification of his family. No arrests have been made in connection to the stabbing as of yet. “There are no arrests at this time. The investigation remains ongoing,” the police added.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward as they continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stabbing and possible suspects.

The 44th Precinct is actively seeking any leads that could assist in solving this case.
