COCKEYSVILLE, MD – A pedestrian crash that resulted in the death of 57-year-old Mary Beth Green is currently under investigation by Precinct 7 – Cockeysville officers and the Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team.
The incident occurred on Sunday at approximately 9:23 a.m. at the intersection of E. Seminary Road and Dulaney Valley Road. Green was struck by a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 moving eastbound. She was with another pedestrian in the crosswalk at the time of the collision. The driver of the Dodge Ram remained at the scene.
Green was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead just before 10:00 a.m. The other pedestrian was also transported to a hospital but sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding this fatal incident.
