According to most gaming websites, the Giants are a longshot to win it all in 2023 as they get ready to kickoff their season against the Dallas Cowboys Sunday night.
Instead of looking ahead, it might be a good time for Giants fans to look back at some of the best moments in the organization’s recent history and Superbowl wins.
The Beginning: Super Bowl XXI (1986)
It was 1987, and the New York Giants faced the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XXI. Led by Bill Parcells and MVP Phil Simms, the Giants clinched their first-ever Super Bowl victory with a 39-20 win over the Broncos. Simms set a Super Bowl record for completion rate, completing 22 of 25 passes.
The Second Act: Super Bowl XXV (1990)
