NYPD Seeking Suspect in Apartment Building Burglary

NEW YORK CITY, NY – An unidentified man is being sought by the New York City Police Department for a burglary incident.

On Wednesday, August 9, around 3:37 pm, the individual entered an apartment building at 760 Pelham Parkway.

He methodically checked doors on each floor and managed to access an apartment on the third floor using an unidentified tool.

Once inside, he stole $250 cash from a bedroom dresser before fleeing the scene. The man is described as around 50-years-old, 5’8″ tall, and weighing about 260 pounds.

He was last seen in a green baseball cap, blue face mask, dark blue polo shirt, black trousers, and white sneakers, carrying a black shoulder bag.
