NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department has issued a request for public assistance in locating an individual connected with a robbery incident.
The incident occurred on Thursday.
At approximately 7:05 AM, an unidentified male approached a 38-year-old man in front of 4402 2nd Avenue. The suspect allegedly assaulted the victim before forcibly taking his chain.
The suspect then fled the scene, heading westbound on 44th Street. Emergency services responded to the incident and transported the victim to Lutheran Medical Center to receive treatment for minor injuries.
