HARRISBURG, PA – The Office of Attorney General Michelle A. Henry has filed a lawsuit against North Hills Auto Mall and its president, Regis Mannke, for misleading consumers about vehicle conditions and warranties.
The lawsuit alleges that North Hills Auto Mall sold vehicles in poor condition, often breaking down shortly after sales or failing inspection. The dealership also misled consumers about warranties, selling vehicles “as is” while leading customers to believe they were covered under warranty.
The Office of Attorney General calls for Mannke and North Hills Auto Mall to pay restitution to consumers who suffered losses, pay civil penalties for each violation, and cease business practices that violate various consumer protection laws.
