SILVER SPRING, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section is looking into a burglary that happened at a laundry room in an apartment building on the 8200 block of Nolte Avenue. The incident took place on Sunday, May 14, 2023. The department has released surveillance footage of the suspect and is seeking assistance from the public in identifying him.
The suspect, described as a Black male dressed in a white headscarf, white t-shirt and blue jeans, broke into a secured access building’s basement laundry room around 7:06 a.m. The man then vandalized the washing machine and stole money from the coin slot.
