Florida Fugitive Arrested in Aspen Circle Dispute, Awaits Extradition for Theft Charges

WALL TWP, NJ – On Monday, Patrol Officer Josh Wheeler responded to a dispute at Aspen Circle. During the course of his investigation, he discovered that one of the parties involved, a 29-year-old female from Brick, had a fugitive warrant issued by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. The warrant was related to a theft charge.

The woman was promptly placed under arrest and transported to the Monmouth County Jail, where she now awaits extradition to Florida.

The circumstances surrounding the Aspen Circle dispute are still under investigation.

The fugitive’s name was not released.
