Bronx shooting leads man with gunshot graze to head

NEW YORK, NY – A man was shot in the head in the Bronx, but the shot luckily just grazed him on Monday.

The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying three male suspects involved in an assault that occurred near the area of Grand Concourse on Monday.

At around 11:26 PM, a 29-year-old man was engaged in a dispute with the suspects near Gerard Avenue and East 157th Street. One of the individuals displayed a firearm and discharged a round, grazing the victim’s head. The suspects then fled on foot southbound on Gerard Avenue.

The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals-Lincoln in stable condition.
