Palmertown lottery player wins $132k in Treasure Hunt lottery

Palmerton, PA – A lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player has won the jackpot in the Treasure Hunt game for the drawing held on Sunday, April 16. The jackpot-winning ticket matched all five balls drawn, which were 2-6-12-14-29, to win a prize of $132,609 less withholding. The Convenient Food Mart located at 643 Delaware Avenue in Palmerton sold the ticket and is entitled to receive a $500 bonus.

While the winner’s identity has not yet been disclosed, officials have urged players who purchased Treasure Hunt tickets for the April 16 drawing to check their tickets carefully as more than 42,900 other tickets won prizes in the same drawing.

Treasure Hunt winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes. Winning tickets purchased at a lottery retailer should be signed on the back immediately. Online winnings automatically appear in a player’s account after the claim has been processed. Players can visit palottery.com for more information on how to file a claim.
