Evesham police investigating bias graffiti on park picnic table

Evesham Township, NJ – On Friday, the Evesham Police Department received a complaint of criminal mischief at Willow Ridge Park. Upon arrival, officers discovered that an unknown individual had defaced a picnic table with offensive and biased imagery.

The Evesham Township Parks staff immediately removed the images, and an investigation into the incident was launched. The Evesham Police Department said it is committed to identifying and charging all suspects involved in this type of behavior.

In a statement released to the press, the police department expressed its strong stance against bias crimes, stating that they take such investigations very seriously and will not tolerate such behavior within the community.
