NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man involved in a public lewdness incident that occurred in the 1st Precinct. The police have released a photo of the man and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
According to the police report, on Monday, April 3, 2023, at approximately 6:25 am, a man was observed performing a lewd act in public view on the southbound ‘R’ train approaching City Hall station. After the act, the man followed a 46-year-old female before fleeing in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
