WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 23-year-old man was shot multiple times and killed late Thursday afternoon in Southeast, D.C. The Washington D.C. MPD is investigating the shooting.
Shortly before 4:30 pm, police arrived at the 1800 Block of Frederick Douglass Place to investigate a shooting report. When they arrived, police found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
23-year-old Stefon Sampson, of D.C., was identified as the victim. No arrests have been made at this time.
