NYPD seeking couple wanted for indecent act on MTA bus

It was reported to police that on Friday, December 16, 2022 at approximately 1440 hours, at Wyckoff Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, a13-year-old female victim boarded a Q58 MTA bus and proceeded to sit at the back of the bus. The victim then observed that two individuals, a male and female who were sitting in the seats across from her, were performing a sex act in public view.

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking the public today for assistance in identifying and finding a couple wanted for performing a lewd act aboard a New York City MTA bus in December.

Police are once again asking the public to assist in identifying them.

The couple who were aboard an MTA bus in New York City last engaging in a lewd kast month is now being sought by detectives with the NYPD’s 104th Precinct after it was learned a juvenile witness observed them.

According to police, on December 16th, the couple engaged in a sex act at the back of the Q58 MTA bus at around 2:40 pm.

The entire thing was witnessed by a 13-year-old girl who was also on the bus who had got on the bus in the area of Wyckoff Avenue and Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn.

“The victim then observed that two individuals, a male and female who were sitting in the seats across from her, were performing a sex act in public view,” the NYPD said in a statement. “The victim and the two individuals all exited the bus at the Palmetto Street and Wyckoff Avenue stop, where the individuals departed to parts unknown. No direct interaction between the victim and individuals was reported.”

The couple were observed by a video surveillance camera on the bus.
