62-Year-Old Stabbed on New York City Subway Train Near Broadway Station

NEW YORK, NY – A 62-year-old man was stabbed and was in critical condition while riding on a train near a Broadway subway station in Manhattan last week. The incident happened on Thursday aboard the southbound B train as it was entering the West 72nd and Broadway Station. The New York City Police Department said the suspect approached the subway rider and stabbed him, causing serious injuries. The suspect fled the area.

The suspect was described as a white male in his 20s with dark hair.
