PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Angela Jester. Angela, who lives at 15XX West Fairmount Avenue, was last seen this morning at approximately 2:45 a.m.
Angela, a 17-year-old black female, stands 5’3″ tall, weighs 125 pounds, and has brown eyes and short black hair; she was last seen wearing a pink, white, black shirt and blue jeans.
