MONTCLAIR, NJ – Police in Montclair used non-lethal force to tranquilize a black bear roaming the neighborhood around Union Street on Monday.
“Not your average day in Montclair! On Monday, May 23 Montclair Police Officers, along with the Montclair Fire Department, Montclair Animal Control, and NJ Division of Fish & Wildlife Officials responded to Union Street for a report of a black bear in the area.
