GREENSBORO, NC – U.S. President Joe Biden just delivered a speech about the U.S. economy, supply chain, and Vladimir Putin. After blaming Russia and Putin for a 40-year spike in inflation in America, that was ongoing months before the invasion of Ukraine, Biden finished his speech and proceeded to shake hands with the air around him.
“I know that we’re still facing the challenge of high prices and inflation,” said Biden. “Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has driven up gas prices all over the world.” He said food prices have been impacted as well by a drop in exports of Ukraine wheat.”
Biden continued to brand his economic failures on the imaginary “Putin Price Hike,” a Democrat strategy to shift blame from the President to Vladimir Putin ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.
