Developer Proposes 12 Acre Warehouse Project in Jackson

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – A developer is proposing to build a 12-acre commercial warehouse subdivision just one mile north of the Adventure Crossing project where the township of Jackson had recently approved one million square feet of warehouse space.

According to a public notice published on Friday, Yosef Rothenberg has applied to the Jackson Township Planning Board for preliminary and final major site plan and minor subdivision approval of property known as Block 102, Lot 1 into three lots along with the construction of 3 multi-tenant warehouses with office space. 

The 12-acre property is located at 463 Monmouth Road in a heavy-commercial zone. The Jackson Township Planning Board is scheduled to hear the application on Monday, March 7th at 7:30 p.m. at 65 Don Connor Boulevard.

The lot is currently a wooded lot at the intersection of Monmouth Road and Allyson Road north of the Route 571 intersection. It sits adjacent to an industrial yard and across the street from a retail shopping plaza.
