DALLAS, TX – Dallas police have identified the body of a man found lying near the road on Municipal Street on Sunday.
According to police, on January 9, 2021, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Dallas officers responded to a call regarding a dead body near a road in the 2900 block of Municipal Street. Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene from homicidal violence. On January 10, 2021, the Dallas County Medical Examiner positively identified the victim as Ricardo Xavier Rangel, a 22-year-old Latin male.
