BALTIMORE, MD – On December 3, 2020 at approximately 11:22 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Dolphin Street for a shot spotter alert. Upon arrival, officers canvassed the area and located a 21 year-old male who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is in critical but stable. A second victim, an 18-year-old male, was found in the 600 block of Dolphin Street and was suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso. He too was taken to an area hospital where he also is in critical but stable condition.
