Leaving so soon? Real estate open houses to resume in New Jersey

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – Has COVID-19 got you down about staying in New Jersey?   The real estate market has been operating since the shut down, but starting June 15th, Governor Phil Murphy has loosened his restrictions allowing open houses.  Open houses to view real estate are permitted, provided they comply with the restrictions on indoor gatherings, including the requirement that attendees wear face coverings.  Real Estate agents locally can help you list your home and host an open house to try to sell it for you.

New Jersey is among the nation’s leaders when it comes to the amount of people packing up and leaving the state.  Top destinations out of New Jersey include Delaware, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina and Florida.
