BRICK, NJ – via Brick Shore Beat – Brick Township Mayor John Ducey offered his residents a grace period, free of interest penalties for residents of Brick Township, but New Jersey Governor Murphy has squashed that town’s good will.
“I cannot overstate how disappointed and frustrated I am with the state’s decision,” said Mayor John Ducey in a Brick Shore Beat article. “Extending the grace period has been done in the past by the state in the wake of Sandy and even for Federal employees during the recent furlough.”
