WASHINGTON, D.C. — A robbery involving three young suspects on bicycles unfolded around 4 p.m. Thursday in Northeast D.C., prompting a police search for the suspects who fled the scene on bikes.

The incident took place in the 600 block of Bryant Street, Northeast. Police said the suspects targeted a victim before escaping on bicycles. The lookout describes the suspects as Black males — one believed to be about 12 years old riding a black bicycle, and two others wearing white tank tops, both riding green bicycles.

Investigators have not released further details about the robbery or whether any weapons were involved.

Suspects on bikes remain at large as police hunt continues
