TRENTON, N.J. — Two New Jersey Lottery players are celebrating a windfall after splitting a $162,958 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot drawn Friday night.

The pair, whose identities have not been disclosed, will each collect $81,479 after matching all five winning numbers in the April 18 drawing. The win marks the 18th jackpot hit in the Jersey Cash 5 game this year.

One of the winning tickets was sold at 7-Eleven #29984 located at 231 Main Street in Ridgefield Park, Bergen County. The other ticket was purchased through the Jackpocket courier service. Both retailers will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the lucky tickets.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 07, 14, 19, 23, and 29. The XTRA multiplier drawn was 02, and the Bullseye number was 14.

Dozens of other players score cash prizes

Beyond the jackpot winners, several other players also walked away with prizes from Friday’s draw. Thirty-five players matched four out of five numbers along with the Bullseye to win $500 each. An additional 11 players matched four out of five numbers, the Bullseye, and the XTRA multiplier to also claim $500 each.

The Jersey Cash 5 game continues to see frequent jackpot wins across the state, with prizes awarded both at retail locations and through digital platforms like Jackpocket.

The New Jersey Lottery has not released further details about the jackpot claimants or their plans for the winnings.
