A Baltimore player, using the nickname Sleepless Flower Girl, claimed the top $5 million prize from a $50 5,000,000 Cash scratch-off. Her win came after purchasing the ticket during a sick day visit to a Safeway on Harford Road.
In Western Maryland, a Multi-Match ticket sold in Hagerstown hit the $870,000 jackpot. The winner has not yet been publicly identified.
The week also brought six-figure wins to Fallston and Severna Park, where two FAST PLAY progressive jackpot tickets delivered paydays well above $100,000 each.
