ABSECON, NJ — Officers from the Absecon Police Department joined Mayor Kimberly Marrone and community members in a spring cleanup event at the South Jersey Field of Dreams Complex, preparing the facility for its upcoming Opening Day, officials announced Tuesday.

Members of the department, including Lt. Krause, Sgt. Levin, D/Sgt. O’Connell, Det. Galletta, and Det. Southrey, spread mulch and helped beautify the complex as part of the annual pre-season maintenance. The South Jersey Field of Dreams provides recreational opportunities for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
