$5 ticket delivers massive lottery payout in Ohio

COLUMBUS, OH — An Ohio Lottery player is celebrating a $150,000 top prize win after purchasing a lucky $150,000 Blast scratch-off ticket in Columbus.

The winning $5 ticket was sold at Lockbourne Mobil, located at 1509 Lockbourne Road. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, the player will take home approximately $108,000.

$150,000 Blast is a $5 scratch-off game that features a top prize of $150,000. As of March 24, two top prizes remain unclaimed.

The identity of the winner has not been released. The Ohio Lottery encourages all winners to sign the back of their tickets immediately and follow the proper claim process.
