Cumberland police make multiple arrests, including burglary and probation violation

CUMBERLAND, Md. — The Cumberland Police Department made several arrests on Wednesday and early Thursday, including cases involving probation violation, burglary, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.

James Hendershot II, 33, was arrested on a bench warrant for violating probation related to a prior protective order violation. He was transported to Central Booking and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

Tyler Poole, 34, was cited for trespassing after being observed walking on train tracks marked “No Trespassing” near the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. He was released pending trial.

Cory Sisk, 32, was served a criminal summons for violating a protective order and malicious destruction of property under $1,000. The charges stemmed from a private complaint, and he was released pending trial.

Jeremy Livengood, 47, was arrested on Knox Street after causing a disturbance and ignoring prior warnings from police. He resisted arrest but was taken into custody and later released on his own recognizance.

Robert Rodriquez Jr., 49, was arrested for fourth-degree burglary after allegedly forcing his way into a Bond Street residence. He was found inside the home and taken to Central Booking, where he remains pending a court appearance.
