Gunfire Erupts on Stuart Square Circle

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred late Wednesday morning on Stuart Square Circle, authorities said.

Officers responded to the 1600 block of Stuart Square Circle at 11:36 a.m. after receiving reports of a weapon discharge. The scene has been secured, but an increased law enforcement presence remains as the investigation continues.
