PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — A disturbing discovery in a Woodbridge neighborhood has led to one arrest, while police continue searching for a second suspect connected to a body found decomposing in the roadway.
Prince William County police responded around 7:17 a.m. on Feb. 8 to the 13200 block of Trowbridge Drive, where officers found the remains of a man lying in the street. The body, already in an advanced state of decomposition, was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
Authorities later identified the victim as 42-year-old Robert Patrick Hearn of Annandale. While there were no immediate signs of trauma, investigators determined that Hearn had died at a different location before being moved.
Following an investigation, police charged 54-year-old Maurice Jermaine Waller and 21-year-old Jonathan Alberto Aguilar, both of Woodbridge, with concealment of a dead body. Waller was taken into custody on Feb. 20, but Aguilar remains at large.
Anyone with information on Aguilar’s whereabouts is urged to call Prince William County police at 703-792-6500.
