LOS ANGELES, Calif. — A man was violently attacked outside Los Angeles City Hall as anti-deportation protests entered their sixth day, escalating into chaos that resulted in multiple arrests, according to reports.

Footage from the scene shows demonstrators swarming the man, knocking him to the ground before punching and kicking him repeatedly. Bystanders reacted with some attempting to intervene while others appeared to escalate the violence.
