NYPD seeks suspects in two armed robbery attempts in Manhattan and the Bronx

NEW YORK — Police are searching for two men connected to a pair of robbery incidents that occurred earlier this month in Manhattan’s 30th Precinct and the Bronx’s 46th Precinct, according to the NYPD.

The first incident took place on Wednesday, December 4, at approximately 11:40 p.m., at a business located at 3407 Broadway in Manhattan. Two suspects reportedly entered the establishment, simulated a firearm, and threatened a 24-year-old male victim. Authorities said the suspects removed property from the location before fleeing westbound on 138th Street in a vehicle. No injuries were reported.

A second incident occurred a few hours later, on Thursday, December 5, at around 4:00 a.m., at a restaurant on 1745 University Avenue in the Bronx. Police said the two men pushed a 24-year-old female victim against a wall, simulated a firearm, and threatened her while attempting to steal cash from the register. When the attempt was unsuccessful, the suspects fled the scene southbound on University Avenue in a vehicle. Again, no injuries were reported.

Both suspects are described as males with a medium complexion and were last seen wearing all-black clothing.
